Please delete any older versions of my ratings and safety grades table you might have!
I've been seeing some very old versions of the table being posted. There are now about 70 batteries in the table and some of the earlier tests have been repeated and the numbers are slightly different.
Here's the latest version. It's no longer available as a PDF. It seems that wasn't a very convenient format for some mobile device users. The link with the instructions for the table, as well as the table itself is...
The JPG version of the table over at ECF is higher resolution (https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ge-jpg.517784/). For some reason FB decided to lower the resolution when I attached it here.
NOTE: The numbers in this table do not define the limits of these batteries! Most of these batteries can be vaped with at far beyond their continuous current ratings.
They are the continuous current ratings, not the max capabilities of these batteries. The table is only to be used to see if the manufacturer has exaggerated the ratings or to determine the degree of risk in case of mod malfunction or a stuck button.
Some of the batteries in the table have been tested with pulse current discharges. These can be used to directly compare one battery's vaping performance against another. It will take a while to pulse test all of them but the effort is ongoing. Check out my individual test reports to see if pulse test results are available.
