So finally the long waited site migration and shop renaval is 'done'.
As part of the website migration we had to reset all loyalty points and we are in the process of activating our new loyalty points system.
Please note any purchase made between now and when the new loyalty point system is live will not be eligible for loyalty points.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the loss of your loyalty points.
Everything should be complete next week at which point we will migrate your loyalty points balance to the new site.
For the time being those who lost their points - email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a note (name and email) that you'd like your points to your new account.
Those will then be processed as soon as possible.
